Nanoflexion is developing a resorbable nanofiber patch to prevent anastomotic leakage, one of the most severe and costly complications in intestinal surgery. Despite decades of innovation, leakage rates remain high and existing sealants have failed to demonstrate consistent clinical benefit. Our electrospun biomimetic patch adheres directly to intestinal serosa, supports physiological healing, and enables localized drug delivery. Validated in large-animal models and compatible with standard surgical workflows, the technology combines strong IP potential with scalable manufacturing via the Nanospider platform. Nanoflexion offers a clinically driven and commercially attractive solution for a surgical market.
