Our proprietary RNARISE platform is the first non-viral self-replicating RNA technology, that is smaller, immune-silent, and systemically functional, offering a safer, more effective alternative for both vaccines and therapeutics. By pioneering this platform, our mission is not just to improve therapies, but to redefine what is possible in RNA medicine.
Why Us?
We are two co-founders with a strong working relationship, having previously collaborated on RNA vaccine development. Our combined expertise in structural biology, computational science, and RNA biology enables us to drive this project forward successfully.
Why Now?
The timing is ideal to pioneer a novel mRNA platform technology. While mRNA played a vital role in the COVID-19 pandemic, its efficiency in therapeutics remains a challenge. The industry urgently needs next-generation backbone mRNA technologies for vaccines and therapeutics.

We are the first company developing a non-viral self-amplifying RNA technology. We now have in vitro proof-of-concept data, and submitted our first patent.
